What if my item arrives damaged or isn't what I ordered?
We'll make it right — a full refund or a free replacement, your choice. Just email us within 14 days of delivery with a couple of photos, and you won't even need to send anything back.
Can I return an item if I just change my mind?
Since our pieces ship directly from our fulfillment partners, we're not able to accept physical returns — but reach out within 14 days of delivery and we'll work with you on a fair resolution, whether that's a partial refund, store credit, or another solution.
